Registration Fee

PhD Student, Retired Delegate* 1050 PLN 1250 PLN

 

*Registration fee includes: access to the entire conference program and exhibition, Poster Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunches. Additionally, the access to the Conference Book, the Book of Abstract (pdf) and other conference materials available online on the Conference website.

After registration, participants will receive an automatically generated notification email to the email address provided in the registration form. If you did not receive a notification e-mail within an hour of submission of your registration, please check your spam folder/junk mail or contact the Conference Organizing Office to confirm your registration status (email: eurobiotech@targi.krakow.pl).

Please note: the date when the bank transfer has been made (in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above in Key Dates) will be considered as the date of participant’s registration. Should one deadline be missed, the price of the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.

Abstracts

It is possible to upload maximum one (1) abstract by one participant. Submission of the abstract is free of charge.

The deadline for abstract submissions is 1 May 2024.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION  

Pease remember to use the same e-mail address to sumbit your abstract and to register for participation in the conference. In this way your registration and abstract will be matched.

If the payment for participant who has accepted abstracts will not be completed by the 31st of May 2024 , the contribution will be cancelled and not inserted into the Book of Abstracts.

Terms and Conditions

Please click to download the Terms and Conditions. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the Congress and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering.

The only type of payment which is available in the system is payment to the Bank account, based on a proforma invoice (with fourteen-day payment term) that will be issued by the Conference Organizing Office and will be available on the Participant’s account in the registration system. Notification of issuing a pro forma invoice will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Participant in the registration form. All payments should have the following notification: Participant’s Name(s) + EUROBIOTECH2024 and the number of pro forma invoice.

Please note that if participants whose participation in the Conference constitutes a vocational education service and is financed entirely from public funds (from polish institutions only) are entitled to VAT exemption.
